WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for: • Driving loan collections and PAR management within your assigned region • Overseeing loan disbursements and ensuring quality portfolio growth • Managing and driving the productivity of Sales Executives • Ensuring all loans meet KYC and lending compliance standards • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior • Providing management with accurate market and operational intelligence • Coaching and leading the lending team to consistently achieve targets
