How does Pay-Per-Post work?
Buy a single post for KES 1,500 via M-Pesa mobile money or any major debit/credit card, and your job goes live immediately for 30 days. One credit is consumed per published post — no subscription required.
When does my Monthly Pro subscription renew?
Your 30 days start the moment payment confirms. You can hold up to 10 active job posts at once, and every role you publish stays live while your subscription is valid.
Can I switch packages mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrading to Enterprise Annual at any time unlocks unlimited posts for 365 days from the upgrade date. Your billing hub shows your current package, usage, and payment history.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Pay securely via M-Pesa mobile money using your phone or with any major Visa or Mastercard, plus bank transfer. All amounts are billed in Kenya Shillings (KES).
Is there a free option?
Every new employer gets 1 complimentary starter post — no card required. Once it is used, choose Pay-Per-Post or a subscription to keep posting.
What is Onboarding Readiness and can I buy it separately?
Yes. Onboarding Readiness is available for KES 12,000 per year as a standalone add-on or bundled directly inside Enterprise Annual. It provides digital onboarding checklists, Kenyan statutory document collection, and custom training modules with quizzes.
