Human Resource Manager (HRM)

Role Purpose The Human Resource Manager (HRM) provides overall leadership and strategic direction to the Human Resource Department. The role is responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, staff retention, learning and development, payroll and benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance. The HRM ensures that HR strategies and initiatives align with company objectives, fosters a positive workplace culture, and ensures all HR functions are carried out effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Planning (Branches and Departments) ● Analyze current staff availability, forecast future demand, and identify capacity gaps. ● Develop succession planning frameworks and monitor HRP strategies. 2. Recruitment ● Lead the recruitment process for management and supervisory roles. ● Oversee the recruitment of officer-level staff by HR Officers. 3. Performance Management ● Ensure 80% of staff consistently meet their KPIs. ● Oversee proactive management of staff performance across departments. 4. Staff Retention ● Maintain a staff retention rate of 90% and above. ● Develop retention strategies that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
