Analyst, Social Cohesion

Role Purpose Statement: The Analyst supports the advisory arm of Busara in making informed decisions and setting priorities on projects. This Analyst position will be hosted in the Social Cohesion portfolio. The Analyst shall assist senior staff across multiple projects and clients by providing support on client deliverables and other internal portfolio objectives by engaging in capacity strengthening, knowledge development and dissemination, qualitative and quantitative research activities. Analysts will be tasked with supporting the structuring and composing of reports, client deliverables, and analysis on ongoing projects, in close coordination with the Associates and Engagement Directors.  Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities CORE PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES:
