CAREER OPPORTUNITY: SALES ASSOCIATE Location: Mount Kenya Region Position: One Engagement: Full-time About Adpath Laboratories Adpath Laboratories is a growing, Laboratories company providing quality specialized laboratory services to communities across Kenya. As we expand our service reach across the Mount Kenya region, we are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Associate to strengthen our business development and customer engagement activities. About the Role The successful candidate will support the growth & expansion of Adpath's services by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with healthcare providers and expanding our market presence across the assigned territory. The associate will work alongside our existing team to strengthen market coverage and support the company's expansion plans. Key Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. - Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other potential clients. - Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional clients. - Promote Adpath's laboratory and diagnostic services to prospective and existing clients. - Identify potential referral partners and support the development of strategic partnerships. - Follow up on leads and prospective clients to convert opportunities into business. - Support customer engagement, market visibility and promotional activities. - Monitor competitor activities and identify emerging market opportunities. - Achieve agreed sales targets and submit regular activity and performance reports. Minimum Requirements - Diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. - At least two years' experience in field sales, marketing or business development. - Demonstrable experience working in the healthcare industry, demonstrable achievement of targets and achieving measurable results. - Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently, manage a territory and deliver results. - Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the Mount Kenya region. Added Advantage - Experience in healthcare industry, e.g pharmaceutical sales, medical supplies, laboratory services or healthcare business development. - An existing professional network among hospitals, clinics, pharmacies or healthcare professionals.
